Mar 24, 2013 · Why will my 2011 Silverado crew cab passenger window not go down or up off the main switch on the driver side? I just this truck about a week ago. The passenger window will only go down and up of the passenger window switch but when I use the driver main window switch to roll the passenger window all I hear is a click. Jan 18, 2012 · Your door handle comes off with the trim panel. Once the door lock piece and the 3 bolts are out pry out on the bottom of the trim panel and it'll pop off. Just give it a good yank til all the cilps pop out. There is a cable going to your door handle you'll have to release with a needle nose pliers. Then just the cable that goes to your window switch. They all roll down using the driver door or their own switch but the only one that rolls up is the driver window. The passenger side window used to go up and down and would sometimes stop. Then, after slamming the door a couple of times it would work again.
